Tate Fencing reserve the right to decide not to supply goods to any customer without stating reasons. All goods remain the property of Tate Fencing until fully paid for.

Any items that have been machined or specially produced by Tate Fencing are
non-refundable.

We will deliver any where. We can deliver any where outside our local area

Free local delivery service subject to minimum value of £400 inc VAT. only deliveries made with-in our local delivery area. All deliveries will be made at the convenience of Tate Fencing. All deliveries are to the immediate front or roadside of the property. 

Any shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Returned goods are subject to the following conditions;
Goods will only be accepted if they are accompanied by the original proof of purchase and still be in the original condition that the goods left the yard. 
Goods may only be returned if purchased no more than 30 days previous. 

All returned goods will be subject to an administration charge.
