Cleft chestnut is a rustic looking hardwood fencing, sometimes referred to as Sussex Fencing. Bay prices include one pre-morticed post, and either 2 or 3 ended rails. At the end of the run, you will need to include one End Post unless you are connecting to existing fencing. Tates are selective over our chestnut suppliers and we pride our selves on the quality of this fencing.

This option includes the same hardwood cleft chestnut rails, but on softwood posts. You can have either 2 or 3 rail bays, and there are several different sizes of softwood posts to choose from. Again a bay consists of a softwood posts and 2 or 3 rails, you have to add an end post to finish.
