1. Ensure the shed has a level & sufficient base in place. A concrete or sleeper base is ideal. Position the floor ensuring it is level.   These sections only applies to larger sheds supplied with 2 or more floor panel sections.
2. With larger sheds the floors are supplied in 2 or more sections. These have to be positioned in place.   3. Ensure the panels are placed with the floor joist ends butted together, and that the joists line up.   4. A center fillet will be provided which needs to be installed to cover the gap between the floor panels.
             
     
5. With the floor in place, each panel can now be positioned & screwed together. Starting with the back panel.   6. The side panels sit on top of the floor panel. The cladding over hangs the floor panel and finishes flush to the edge.   7. The second panel is positioned in place. Butted up tight to the other panel.   8. The shed frame should butt together tight in the corners. Larger sheds have larger frame work.47x1 00mm frame work pictured.
             
     
9. The panels are screwed together through the frame work.   10. The same is repeated for the other side panels. Screwing together the panels as you go.   11. Then the last front panel.   Only applies to large sheds
12. If your shed is a larger shed it would be supplied with a single or many trusses which need installing
             
     
Only applies to large sheds   14. For a gable roof the first roof section is put in place. For a pent roof the whole roof section is put in place.   Only applies to large sheds with trusses supplied   16. The second or any final roof sections are put into place.
13. They are installed in position against a stud / framework and screwed into place 15. If you have trusses the roof should rest on the trusses.
             
     
17. Gable roof only. The two roof sections should sit down and line up as pictured above.   These sections only applies to larger sheds with trusses supplied which need installing.
18. The truss support is created using the supplied timber. It is held in to place and marked with a pencil   19. Cut along the pencil line.   20. and fitted and screwed in to place for a perfect fit. It provides support under neath each truss
             
     
21. Any roof sections are screwed together through the roof panel frame work inside the budding.   22. All trusses and side panel frame work can be screwed up into the roof panel framework.   23. Working round the shed screwing up through the side panels into each roof joist.   24. Working round the shed all side panels can now be screwed down into the floor frame work.
             
     
25. The shed roof is screwed down into the top of the side panel frame work from the outside.   26. Corner fillets are provided and attached to each corner. This covers the exposed panel edges.   27. The window beading is prepared, by hammering the pin nails through it ready for it to be installed.   28. The window glass is positioned and the beading nailed tight to the glass to hold the glass in place.
             
     

29. Roll the first run of felt across the roof starting at the low point. Leaving approx 60mm over hang.

 

30. Cut the felt leaving again approx 60mm over hang enough to fold over and tack to the roof edge.

 

31. Fold the felt neatly at the corner and tack along the roof edge. Gable roof repeat 29-3 1 on the other low side.

 

32. Now continue with the second run of felt over lapping on top of the first run of felt.

             
     

33. Roof front and rear panel edging boards are cut in the center and nailed to sandwich the felt.

 

34. The side edging boards are then cut to fit and nailed to sandwich the felt the roof edge.

 

35. The access front and rear edging boards are trimmed with a hand saw for a perfect fit.

 

36. On larger sheds you may have a center fillet. This is nailed in place to cover the cladding join line.

             
     
37. Doors can be hung either way round & come with hinges fitted. Doors are screwed into place   38. The main door bolt is fitted to the door. With single doors a hole is drilled into the door frame to take the bolt.   This section only applies to sheds with double doors
39. holes are drilled in the door frame to take the fixed door top and bottom bolts.   40. The bolt keep is attached to the second door. A fillet is held in place marked…

  42. The final door trims are attached above the shed doors.   only applies to gable roof   44. Shed is complete.
41. cut and screwed to the first door to fill the gap between the double doors.. 43. And the final center roof edging diamonds are attached.
